We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, pack sizes and prices accurately. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Always check the product label for ingredient, allergen, preparation and storage information before consumption.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is accepted after payment or COD confirmation and our order acknowledgement.
• We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Offers and promotions

Discounts may have eligibility, expiry, minimum-order or product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. The discount visible at checkout is the applicable final offer.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier, weather, address or serviceability conditions.

6. Returns, damage and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or compromised, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. Approved resolutions may include replacement or refund.
